Originally Answered: Can I have a pet raven inCalifornia? ? It is illegal to have a pet ravenanywhere in the US, under the Migratory Bird Act of 1918. I used toknow someone who had a pet crow for a couple years - theyfound it injured as a baby and kept it in their house for awhile.
