Also, what is the bleed and slug in InDesign?
A bleed occurs when any image or element on apagetouches the edge of the page, extending beyond the trimedge, leaving no margin. An element may bleed or extend offone ormore sides of a document. A slug is usuallynon-printingInformation such as a title and date used to identifyadocument.
The minimum amount of bleed should bearound0.125" (3mm) outside your document final size, ideally0.25"(6mm). Each printer has his own requirement for this. The onlytimeyou don't need to use bleed is when there isabsolutelynothing printed on all sides (eg. a design with awhiteborder.)
