Just so, how do you change a headlight on a 2012 Nissan Altima?
High Beam - Near Car Center Then carefully pull the bulb straight out of the socket. Replace the turn signal / parking light bulb with a new # 3457A bulb. Replace the side marker bulb with a new # 2825 bulb. Insert the new bulb back into the headlight assembly and rotate the base 1/4 turn clockwise to secure it.

Passenger Side Bulb Using a 10mm socket, remove the bolt from the bracket located on the fender. With the bracket removed, you will see a large round cover. To remove it, turn the wheel to the left. You should now be able to access the rear of the headlight assembly.
