Then, is a backflip easier than a Frontflip?
As a gymnastics instructor, I find that people graspthe concept of the back flip more easily than the front. Theback tuck essentially has 2 steps: Swing your arms whilst jumpingstraight up, and tuck your knees up to your shoulders.
Beside above, can I do a front flip? In gymnastics, a front flip is also called afront tuck. Basically, it's a move where you jump up in theair, tuck yourself in a ball, and rotate forward. Then you un-tuckyourself and land on your feet. However, if you're a beginner, it'sbest to start with the basic motions of the frontflip.
Just so, can you break your neck doing a backflip?
YES the worst thig is OFTENyou have no Idea you have Broken your neck forseveral years. Broken Vertebra are simply helped to move backslowly into place and YOU are then responsible to Strengthenyour Neck muscles.
Do a Sideflip?
Flipping and Landing. Throw your arms and chest into theflip. Your rotation for the side flip will come from yourarms, head/chest, and your hips. As soon as your toes leave theground, throw your arms and head into the direction of theflip.
