Fish is a great source of protein for your baby. These types of fish are safe for your baby: rainbow trout, sole, anchovy, capelin, char, hake, herring, Atlantic mackerel, mullet, pollock (Boston bluefish), salmon, smelt, lake whitefish, blue crab, and shrimp or prawns.
