When it comes to labeling hazardous controlled products in the workplace employers are responsible for?

Providing a WHMIS 2015 label along with the shipping papers would not be considered to be in compliance. Employers are responsible for making sure that hazardous products that come into the workplace are labelled and to prepare and apply a workplace label when appropriate.
